Flexible System for Direct Part Marking of Oil Field and "Down Hole" Components
DAPRA MARKING SYSTEMS offers flexible marking systems for permanent, direct part marking of components for the oil field industry. Dapra's Multi 4 Marking Systems incorporate a "low-stress" stylus geometry, allowing permanent marking of many critical components used in down hole systems. Parts of all sizes and shapes, round or flat, can be marked. The Multi 4 are an ideal solution to eliminate injuries and fatigue associated with hand stamping and other manual marking methods.
The Multi 4 systems are completely electric, with no pneumatic connections, and are available in either HandHeld or Combo (combination bench and handheld) configurations. For marking in manufacturing areas where an electrical source is not available, the Multi 4 can be supplied with an optional battery and external charger.
The Multi 4 are fully programmable, incorporating "user friendly" software embedded into the controller, eliminating the need for a PC in an industrial environment.
